Early Life and Career Beginnings
Growing up in Mumbai, Prisha had a natural inclination toward "drama" during her childhood, but she never actively planned to pursue acting as a full-time career. According to her, the transition into the film industry "just happened."

- Bollywood Debut: Prisha's first on-screen appearance was in Hindi cinema with a brief, blink-and-miss role in the Shoojit Sircar-directed comedy-drama Gulabo Sitabo (2020), which starred Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana.
- Telugu Debut: She made her entry into Tollywood with the 2023 action-thriller Spy, directed by Garry BH and starring Nikhil Siddhartha. In the film, she played a supporting role as Rahman's daughter. Though the film received a lukewarm response at the box office, it served as a vital stepping stone for her career in the South.
- Breakthrough and Lead Roles: Her major breakthrough came when the production team for the action-comedy film Buddy (2024) discovered her portfolio. She was offered a pivotal role right on her birthday, which she described as the "perfect gift." In the film, she starred alongside Allu Sirish and Ajmal Ameer, playing the role of an ambitious air hostess.
