Early Life and Career Beginnings
Pragya Nayan is one of the few actresses in the industry to successfully pivot from a high-level corporate technical background to the creative arts. After graduating from BITS Pilani, she began her professional career working as an engineer at the multinational IT corporation Wipro.
While working in the corporate sector, her long-standing interest in fashion and the performing arts led her to explore modeling on the side. Her striking features and camera-friendly presence soon helped her secure modeling assignments, eventually sparking her complete transition from an IT professional to a full-time actress.
Acting Career
Debut and Early Work: Pragya officially marked her acting debut in 2018 with the Kannada film Escape. Following her debut, she expanded her horizons and entered the Telugu film industry with the 2019 movie Samaram.
