Early Life and Career Beginnings

Born in Maharashtra, Bhagyashri spent a significant part of her childhood abroad, living in Lagos, Nigeria, for seven years during her schooling. She eventually moved back to India to complete her education in Mumbai.

While studying business management, Bhagyashri discovered a passion for the camera and began pursuing modeling. She took on various modeling assignments and built a strong, popular presence on social media (amassing millions of followers on Instagram), which eventually caught the attention of casting directors and paved her way into the film industry.

Acting Career

• Bollywood Debut: Bhagyashri started her acting journey in Hindi cinema with a cameo appearance in the romantic drama Yaariyan 2 (2023), where she played the role of Raajlaxmi "Raaji" Cariappa. She followed this up with another brief but notable appearance as Nayantara in the Kartik Aaryan-starrer Chandu Champion (2024).
• Telugu Lead Debut and Breakthrough: Her major breakthrough came when director Harish Shankar noticed her and cast her as the female lead opposite Ravi Teja in the Telugu action-drama Mr. Bachchan (2024). Her performance as Jikki earned her widespread audience recognition, critical attention, and the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut – Telugu.
